History:
With the help of Cambodian Christians and our American
friends, we have been able to purchase 23.5 acres of
beautiful scenic land in Catskill, New York. This land
is situated in a great location which is in the center
of the Cambodian church community in New England. It is
located between exit 20 and 21 off I-87 on the New York
thruway. This land is bordered by a mountain and by a
river, making it a secluded spot for intimate fellowship
and worship or for a simple relaxing vacation place, but
conveniently located about 15 minutes from a nearby
town. Included in its beautiful acreage is a waterfall,
open fields, hiking trails, wooded areas, and a stream.
The steps toward purchasing this land began with
intercessory prayer, and advice and support from church
leaders. We believe that many new ministries can be
started from the ministry that will occur at this site.
May the Lord lead us. This property will have an
immediate use, as well as lending itself to future
development and functions.
